🔗 How to Create an External Link / URL Product on WithMe
What’s an External Link / URL Product?
It’s exactly what it sounds like! This product type lets you add any external link directly to your WithMe store. It’s perfect for things like:
Affiliate or referral links
Amazon Storefronts
Your personal website or blog
Funnels or landing pages built on other platforms
🛠️ Setting It Up
Step 1: Add the Product to Your Store
Go to your My Store tab in the WithMe dashboard.
Click + Add Product at the bottom of the page.
Select External Link / URL from the product types.
Step 2: Customize the Product Appearance
In the Thumbnail tab, choose how this product will look on your storefront. You’ve got two styles:
🔘 Button Style
Compact and clean
Shows an image (recommended size: 400x400px) and short button text
Great for simple links
💬 Callout Style
More detailed, with space for:
A Title (max 50 characters)
A Subtitle (max 100 characters)
A Button label (max 30 characters)
Also includes an image (400x400px recommended)
Step 3: Add Your Link
Navigate to the URL tab at the top of the editor.
Paste your link in the Enter URL field. Make sure it includes
http://orhttps://so it works properly.
Step 4: Save Your Product
Save as Draft if you’re not ready to go live yet
Publish to make it visible in your storefront immediately
❗ Troubleshooting Tips
If you get a message saying:
"Wait Up! Please provide all required information" — this means you missed a required field.
✅ Double-check every tab. Look for any field outlined in red—that’s the one that needs your attention.
