Why does my store say "Sold Out"?

Updated today

If your WithMe store displays "Sold Out" for your digital products—even when you haven't set a quantity limit—this typically indicates that you haven't connected a payment processor yet. Without a payment processor, your products cannot be purchased, which is why they appear as sold out.

To start selling your digital products and services on WithMe, you'll need to connect a payment processor. WithMe currently supports Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.

Here's how to connect a payment processor to your WithMe store:

  1. Log in to your WithMe account.

  2. Click on the Settings tab in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard.

  3. Navigate to the Payments section.

  4. Click on Connect next to Stripe or +Add PayPal and follow the prompts to link your account.

Once your payment processor is successfully connected, the "Sold Out" status will be removed, and your customers will be able to purchase your digital products and services.

If you encounter any issues during this process or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to WithMe support at friends@withme.com, and they'll be happy to help!
