Why Isn’t PayPal Connecting to My WithMe Store?
You've successfully tried connecting your PayPal account to WithMe, but either you're seeing an error in your Settings, or PayPal isn't appearing as a payment option at checkout.
Here are a few common reasons this might happen:
✅ Common Fixes:
Your PayPal email hasn’t been verified yet.
After setup, PayPal sends a verification email. Check your inbox — and don’t forget to peek in Spam or Promotions.Make sure your PayPal account is set to Business.
WithMe only works with Business PayPal accounts, not Personal ones.Be sure to click “Go back to WithMe” on the final step of the PayPal setup process.
This ensures the connection is completed properly.Check again for a PayPal verification email.
You may receive another one confirming your account or setup. Be sure to confirm that email too.Ensure your PayPal account has a valid bank account linked.
Without this step, PayPal may not allow payments to go through.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still don’t see PayPal active in your checkout, it's likely that PayPal hasn't yet verified your account to receive payments. You’ll need to log into PayPal and ensure all setup steps are fully completed, including linking and verifying your bank account.
