🤔 Why Is My Account Balance Negative on WithMe?
If your WithMe account balance shows a negative amount, it’s usually because Stripe—our payment processor—has withdrawn funds for one of the following reasons:
A refund was issued for a customer’s purchase
A chargeback or dispute occurred (Stripe holds the funds while it's being reviewed)
An adjustment was made to correct a payment or processing error
Stripe needed to collect funds for WithMe-related services or fees
Don’t worry—this doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong with your account. These are normal parts of managing digital payments and subscriptions.
