💰 Why Is My Account Balance Pending on WithMe?
Seeing funds marked as Pending in your WithMe dashboard? Don’t worry — this just means Stripe is still verifying the transaction. Once Stripe confirms everything is good to go, the money will move into your Account Balance, and you'll see the + Cash Out button become available.
⏳ How long does this take?
Usually, funds settle within 2 business days, but depending on your location or the type of transaction, it can take up to 7 business days.
⚡ Can I speed up the cash-out process?
We wish we could! But since Stripe handles all payment processing, we don't have the ability to speed up verification on our end. Stripe uses this time to protect you and your customers from fraud, which is why some transactions may take a bit longer.
Once your funds clear, you’ll be able to cash out directly from your WithMe dashboard — no extra steps needed.
