What Does “Pending” Mean in My WithMe Income Tab?
If you’re seeing a Pending balance in your Payouts tab on WithMe, don’t worry — it’s totally normal. This section helps you track money that’s on the way but not yet available for cash out. Here’s what’s included:
💸 1. Transactions Still Processing
When someone buys from your WithMe platform, the funds first go through Stripe’s secure payment processing system. This process usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on your country and banking setup.
You might also notice a note under Settings that says something like:
"Stripe funds will become available after 7 days."
This simply means there’s a short waiting period (usually for new accounts or international users). For example, if you make a sale on Monday, you’ll likely see those funds available to cash out the following Monday.
⚖️ 2. Open Disputes
If a customer disputes a charge (for example, through their bank), Stripe immediately places those funds on hold. You’ll see that amount appear in the Pending section until the dispute is resolved.
These situations are rare, but if they happen, disputes can take 60–90 days to settle, depending on the payment provider’s investigation process.
