Why Can’t I Log Into My Stripe Account with WithMe?
Great question! If you're trying to log into Stripe via connect.stripe.com and it's not working, it's because your Stripe account with WithMe is a Stripe Custom account. That means it’s fully integrated into the WithMe platform, and you won’t access it through Stripe’s website or app.

Instead, you’ll manage everything directly through your WithMe dashboard by heading to your Payment Settings.


💡 So... What’s a Stripe Custom Account?

A Stripe Custom account is unique to WithMe—it’s created specifically for your store when you set up payments. You don’t need an existing Stripe account, and you won’t log in via Stripe.com. Everything you need lives right inside WithMe.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your Income tab shows all your sales, payouts, and pending balances.

  • You can cash out directly from the dashboard once your balance hits $10 USD or more using the purple + Cash Out button.

  • You’ll also see what funds are “on the way” and still settling—Stripe is just finishing up payment verification before those are available to cash out.
