How to Update Your Bank Details for a Stripe Express Account (WithMe Legacy Creators)
⚠️ Important: This guide is only for creators who joined WithMe before August 1, 2023 and are using a Stripe Express account.
If you signed up after that date, you're likely using a Stripe Custom account—click here for the right instructions.
If you're using Stripe Express and need to update the bank account where your WithMe payouts are sent, follow these steps:
🔁 How to Update Your Payout Bank Info:
Log in to WithMe and click on Settings (bottom left).
Go to the Payments tab at the top.
Click Manage Account next to Stripe.
In the pop-up window, select Manage Account again.
Click the Profile (👤) icon in the top-right corner of the Stripe dashboard.
Scroll down and click Payout Details (WithMe).
Stripe will send you an SMS with a verification code. Enter that code to continue.
Click + Add Account to enter your new bank details.
Set your new bank account as the default payment method.
Once it’s set as the default, go ahead and remove the old bank account.
