How to Refund Your Customers

If you need to issue a refund to a customer, it’s super easy on WithMe! Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact the help desk via the live chat or partners@fitwithofficial.com

  2. List out the email of the person you want refunded, the amount, and the reason

  3. We will handle all refunds for you and make sure that the accounts are all up to date.

    Quick Note on Refund Timing:

Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s statement. Be sure to let them know to keep an eye out and be patient during this process!
