đ¸ How to Refund a Customer on WithMe If Your Balance Is Too Low
Need to issue a refund but donât have enough funds in your WithMe account balance? No stressâweâve got a workaround that lets you top up your balance so you can take care of your customer.
Hereâs what to do:
Send yourself an invoice via your Customers tab and pay it using your credit or debit card. This will add funds to your account balance in about 1â3 business days.
Once the funds have cleared, youâll be able to issue the refund.
Step-by-step:
Go to your Customers tab in your WithMe dashboard.
Search for your own name or email.
If you donât show up yet, opt into one of your own free products to add yourself as a contact.
Click into your customer profile (your own), and select Send Invoice in the top-right corner.
Fill in the description (e.g., âRefund for [Customer's Name]â).
Enter the amount you'd like to addâfeel free to round up a bit.
Send the invoice. Youâll receive it via email and can pay it with your card.
Once Stripe processes your payment (typically within 1â3 business days), your balance will update and youâll be able to process the refund.
