How Do I Manually Add a Customer to a Product?
There may be times when you need to manually add a customer to one of your products, like a course or digital download—maybe you want a friend to preview the course, or you’re offering it as a special gift to a loyal customer!
To grant access to a product for a customer, follow these easy steps:
Go to the Customers tab in your WithMe dashboard.
Use the filter options to find the customer you want to add.
Once you’ve found the customer, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of their profile.
From the dropdown menu, select Grant Product Access.
Choose the product you'd like to give them access to from the dropdown list.
Click Grant Product Access to confirm and complete the process!
Now, that customer will have access to the product you’ve selected!
