🎁 How to Invite Someone to a Free Course
Want to gift someone access to one of your courses — for free? Whether it's a friend, a collaboration partner, or a VIP you want to impress, WithMe makes it super easy to get them set up. Let's walk through the whole process step by step! 🚀
📋 Step 1: Add Them as a Customer
First, you'll need to add the person as a customer in your WithMe dashboard. Here's how:
Head to your WithMe Dashboard and click on the Customers tab in the left sidebar.
Click the "Add Customer" button in the top-right corner.
Enter their name and email address.
Select the course you'd like to give them free access to.
Hit Confirm to add them.
Once you've added them, they'll appear in your customer list with a Pending status. This just means they haven't created their account yet — don't worry, that's the next step! ✅
✉️ Step 2: Send Them the Right Signup Link
This is the most important part — and where things can get a little confusing if you send the wrong link!
⚠️ Important:
Always send your invitee to the registration page, not the login page. The correct URL is:
👉 withme.so/register
If you send them to /login instead, they'll be asked to sign in to an account that doesn't exist yet — and they might even see a payment screen. Sending them to /register ensures they can create their free account using the same email address you added them with. Easy! 💡
📝 Note:
The email address they register with must match(No google or Apple sign-ups) the email you used when adding them as a customer. If it doesn't match, the free course access won't link up automatically.
🎉 Step 3: What Happens Next
Once your invitee registers with the correct email, here's what happens automatically:
Their status in your Customers tab changes from Pending to Active 🟢
They get instant access to the gifted course — no payment required!
They'll be able to see the course on their WithMe dashboard right away

Double-check the email — a typo means the course won't link to their account.
Always use /register — never send someone to /login if they don't have an account yet.

Adding backend access is to gift the product for free. To get paid enrollments share product landing page link and ask them to follow the prompts there.
