Zapier is an automation tool that connects WithMe with the other apps you use daily. It helps you set up custom workflows — called “Zaps” — that run automatically in the background.

How to Connect WithMe to Zapier (e.g. WithMe to Flodesk)
✅ Before you begin:
Zapier will run a quick test to make sure everything’s working.
To pass the test, make sure you have a recent customer (tip: download or buy one of your own products first). If no recent customer exists, Zapier will show "No customers found."
Step-by-Step Setup:
Go to Settings > Integrations inside your WithMe dashboard
Click the +Connect button under Zapier
You’ll be taken to the WithMe + Zapier integrations page
Choose WithMe as your trigger platform
Select a Trigger Event, then click Continue
New Customer → Triggered when someone makes a purchase
New Member → Triggered when someone joins a recurring membership
Canceled Member → Triggered when someone cancels their membership
Log into your WithMe account when prompted
Next, choose the platform you want to connect to (like Flodesk, Mailchimp, Notion, etc.) and follow the steps to complete the setup
