How to Connect Zoom to WithMe
Connect Zoom to use it as the meeting provider for bookable Coaching Calls and Webinars, if Zoom is available in your account. This connection is separate from adding an external meeting link to a Community post.
How to Integrate Zoom with Your WithMe Account
Open Settings → Integrations → Meetings. If Zoom is available in your account, select Connect Zoom and complete the connection.
You don't need Google Calendar connected to take Zoom bookings: connecting Zoom on its own is enough.
How It Works
Once Zoom is connected:
When setting up a Coaching Call product, you can choose Zoom as the Booking Type
For a booked session using Zoom, WithMe creates the Zoom meeting link for that session.
If you disconnect Zoom, buyers who already booked can still join their existing sessions, but new bookings are blocked on that product until you reconnect Zoom.
You can't take over existing Zoom coaching meetings by connecting a different Zoom account: reconnecting with a different account will be refused, and you'll be asked to reconnect the original one.
