An Email Sequence in WithMe is a series of pre-scheduled, automated emails that are sent to your audience based on specific triggers or time intervals. These emails can be used to engage, inform, and convert new or existing customers over time, ensuring they receive timely and relevant content.

Automation: Set up your email sequences in advance, and WithMe will send them automatically. Once it's set, the sequence runs on autopilot, allowing you to nurture and engage your audience without additional effort.

Creating Your First Email Sequence in WithMe
Go to the Email Sequences tab and click Get Started.
You’ll be prompted to either import a contact list or skip this step for now.
Enter your business address (required by law to send marketing emails).
Click on Add Sequence, give your sequence a name, and select who will receive the sequence.
Adding More Emails to Your Sequence
Once you’ve created your first email, you can add more to the sequence:
Save Draft after creating your first email.
Once you're ready, click Publish to make it live.
To add another email, click +Add Email and start editing the next one.
You can also click Test Send to preview the email and see exactly what your customers will receive.
Editing Your Email Sequence
You have full control over your email sequence. When editing, you can:
Timing: Decide when you want your new customer to receive each email (e.g., minutes, hours, or days after purchase).
Subject Line: Write your own or use one of WithMe’s templates.
Email Body: Add text, images, or GIFs, and link to videos. (Note: PDFs or external files can’t be added directly, but you can link to a private landing page with product links.)

To ensure your email sequences are effective, keep these best practices in mind:
Define Your Goals: Understand what you want to achieve with your email sequence (e.g., engagement, sales, lead nurturing). This will help you structure each email and track success.
Plan Your Content: Map out the content of each email in your sequence to ensure a logical progression and consistent messaging.
Schedule at Least 4-5 Emails: Studies show that it typically takes 7 impressions for someone to buy, so the more times you connect with them, the better!
