Even after publishing your course, you stay in control. You can update your course details, add new lessons, or set it to free anytime.
Here's how to manage your course like a pro:
๐ข Heads up: The "Edit Course Content" button has been renamed to "View Product". All steps in this article use the new name. If you see "Edit Course Content" in older screenshots, it's the same button.
โ๏ธ Edit Course Title, Thumbnail, or Price
Go to "My Hub" from the sidebar.
Find the course you want to edit and click the three dots (โฏ) on the right.
Click on "View Product" (previously called "Edit Course Content")
Update the course title, thumbnail, button text, landing page media, description, price, and other relevant details as needed.
Click "Update" to save your changes.
โ Note: This section only allows updates to course-level settings (not individual lessons).
๐ Edit Course Content (Lessons)
Go to "My Hub"
Find the course you want to edit and click the three dots (โฏ) on the right.
Click on "View Product" (previously called "Edit Course Content")
Now on the Course page find the lesson you want to edit and click on 3 dots
Update the lesson title, description or thumbnail and other relevant details as needed.
Click "Edit" to save.
To discard unsaved changes, click "Back."
To delete a lesson, select "Delete" from the same menu.
๐๏ธ How to Delete Chapters
Need to remove a chapter from your course? It's simple!
Go to your course and locate the chapter you want to delete.
Remove all the lessons from that chapter by either deleting them or moving them to other chapters.
Once the chapter is empty, it will be deleted automatically.
๐ก Pro Tip: Simply remove all the lessons from the chapter, and it will be deleted automatically.
โ Add a New Lesson to Your Course
Inside your course, click "Upload Content" in the top-right corner.
Select your media type (Video, Audio, PDF, etc.).
Add a title, description, and optionally a thumbnail.
Click "Next."
Assign the lesson to an existing chapter or create a new chapter if needed. You can also schedule the lesson (optional).
Once everything is set, click "Post" to add the lesson to the course.
Your new lesson will now appear in your course playlist ๐
๐ธ Set Your Course to Free
Go to "My Hub"
Click the three dots (โฏ) next to your course and select "Edit Course"
In the Checkout section price field, select "Free Access"
Click "Update Course"
That's it โ your course is now free to access.
