How to Update Your Payment Method for Your Account & Memberships

Easily update your payment method for any of your memberships directly through your WithMe account. Follow these simple steps to keep your billing information up to date.

Keep your billing information up to date by updating your payment method for any memberships linked to your WithMe account. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.


Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Go to www.withme.so/login on a desktop or mobile browser (note: this cannot be done through the app). Enter your login credentials to access your account.


Step 2: Open Settings

Click on your username in the top-right corner of your screen. From the menu, select Settings.


Step 3: Go to Billing

In your account settings, click Billing from the top menu. This section contains all your payment and transactions.


Step 4: Update Payment Method

Click the Update Payment Method button. You will be redirected to the Stripe page, which securely manages all payment information for your memberships.


Step 5: Select the Membership to Update

On the Stripe page, you’ll see a list of all your active memberships and their linked payment methods.

  • Find the membership whose payment method you want to update.

  • Click the small pencil icon next to the current card.


Step 6: Add a New Payment Method

  • Click Add Another Payment Method.

  • Enter your new card details:

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVV

    • Country

  • Click Update to save your new payment method.

Tip: Always double-check that your new payment method is correctly linked to your memberships to avoid missed payments.
