✨ Free Tiers Are Fully Customisable
Free membership tiers are no longer just a simple toggle setting. You can now create a free tier exactly like a paid tier — with a custom title, description, landing page, button text, thumbnail, and more.
The only difference is that instead of setting a price, you enable the "Free Membership" toggle in the Checkout tab above the pricing section.

🆕 Create a Free Membership Tier
Follow the same steps you would for any paid membership tier, then enable the free membership toggle in the Checkout tab:
Go to My Hub
Click + Add Product
Select Memberships
Fill in your tier details just like a paid tier — add a custom title, description, landing page content, and button text. More details on tier setup
Click on the Checkout tab and locate the "Free Membership" toggle above the pricing section
Enable the "Free Membership" toggle — this replaces the price with a free sign-up
Click Publish to make your free tier live
✏️ Enable Free Tier on an Existing Membership
If you already have paid membership tiers set up, you can enable a free tier by editing any existing tier:
Go to My Hub → Locate any membership product
Click the 3 dots (⋯) to Edit an existing tier
Click on the Checkout tab and locate the "Free Membership" toggle above the pricing section
Enable the "Free Membership" toggle
Click Update Tier
This won't affect your paid tiers.
📌 Important Notes About Free Membership Tiers
A free membership tier can exist on its own. You can only enable a free tier without having a paid one, no limitations whatsoever.
Free tiers are now fully customisable — you can set a custom title, description, landing page, button text, and thumbnail, just like any paid tier.
The free tier is enabled by toggling "Free Membership" in the Checkout tab above the pricing section — no price is set.
