How to Edit a Membership Tier on WithMe

Updated this week

Already published a membership tier and need to make a change? Maybe you spotted a small mistake, want to update pricing, or adjust benefits.

No worries — membership tiers are editable anytime, even after they’re live.

Editing a Membership Tier (Storefront Theme)

This is the most commonly used theme. Follow the steps below to update your membership tier.

Step 1: Go to My Hub

From the left-hand menu, click My Hub.

Step 2: Find the Membership Tier

  • Locate the membership product you want to edit

  • Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right-hand side of that tier

Step 3: Click Edit

  • Select Edit from the dropdown menu

You’ll be taken back to the membership tier setup screen.

Step 4: Make Your Changes

You can now update any of the tier settings, including:

  • Title or description

  • Pricing or billing options

  • Benefits and perks

  • Access rules or hierarchy

  • Edit Sales page copy or description

Step 5: Update the Tier

  • Go to the Publish tab

  • Click Update Tier

✨ Your changes are now live.

Editing a Membership Tier (Hub / App Theme)

The editing process is the same — the only difference is how tiers are displayed.

What’s Different in This Theme

  • Membership tiers appear under a Membership header

  • Tiers are listed in a structured layout instead of tiles

How to Edit a Tier

  1. Click My Hub from the left-hand menu

  2. Find the Membership tab or header

  3. Locate the membership tier you want to edit

  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to that tier

  5. Select Edit

  6. Make your changes and save to publish them

✅ Your updates will go live immediately.

⚠️ Good to Know

  • Changes apply instantly to the tier

  • Existing subscribers will see updated benefits or pricing based on your changes

  • You can edit a tier as often as needed

  • Changes in prices will only effect new users and old ones will stay locked to the price they joined on.
