📍 Where to Find Your Purchases
All your purchased products are available right inside your WithMe account. Here’s how to access them:
Go to withme.so/login and log in to your account
Once logged in, you’ll see the creator’s hub where you made the purchase
Look for the “Purchased” tag on the product listing (Storefront Theme) or find the unlocked product (App Theme)
Click on the product to start accessing your content
That’s it! Your purchases are always just a couple of clicks away. 🚀
⏳ Just Purchased but Can’t See It Yet?
Access is granted instantly once your payment is completed — there’s no delay or waiting period.
If you don’t see the product right away, it’s usually related to the login method or email used during purchase.
🔑 Check Your Login Details
One of the most common reasons a purchase doesn’t appear is logging in with a different email or sign-in method.
Please make sure:
You’re logging in with the same email used during purchase
If you signed up using Google or Apple, use the same sign-in method again
If needed, log out and log back in using the email that received the purchase confirmation
