On Landing Pages
Navigate to the area you'd like to embed the YouTube Video and you'll find "embed" option.
Select media format as "Video" (if required) and click on "embed"
Paste your full YouTube video URL (e.g.

The video will appear as an embedded player — preview it to make sure it looks right!
In Membership Posts & Course Lessons
Open the post or lesson editor.
Click the + button or use the embed option in the toolbar.

Use standard YouTube links — not Shorts URLs (
