Learn how to correctly share your community link, why it may not be visible on your hub, and how to make it available as a standalone or bundled product.

If you're promoting your community, it’s important to share the correct link so members land exactly where you want them to.

✅ Which link should you share?

  • Share: Your community’s sales page link

  • Avoid: Sharing the full hub link (this takes users to your homepage)


👀 Why your community may not be visible

If your community isn’t showing on your hub, check the following:

  • Is it published?

  • Is it set as a bundled (private) community?

👉 Bundled communities are not displayed separately — they are only accessible when someone purchases the product they are attached to.


🔓 Want your community to be visible AND bundled?

You can do both!

Turn on the “Allow separate purchase” toggle:

  • ✔ Community appears as a standalone product

  • ✔ Still included with bundled product access
