Tax season? Expense tracking? Or just want to keep your records tidy? No worries — getting invoices and receipts for your WithMe subscription is super easy! 🎉
Here's everything you need to know about accessing your billing history.
📬 Automatic Email Receipts
Every time your WithMe subscription renews, our payment provider Stripe automatically sends a receipt to the email address on your account. 🙌
These emails include:
The amount charged
The date of payment
Your subscription plan details
A link to view or download the full receipt
💡 Pro Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes email providers tuck receipts away! Search your inbox for "Stripe" or "WithMe" to track them down. 🔍
💻 View Your Billing History in Settings
You can also view and download invoices directly from your WithMe dashboard! Here's how:
Log in to your WithMe dashboard
Click on Settings in the left sidebar ⚙️
Select the Billing tab
Scroll down to see your payment history and subscription details
📄 Downloading Invoices for Tax or Accounting
Need a proper invoice for your accountant or tax return? You've got two options:
From your email: Open any Stripe receipt email and click the "View receipt" link — this opens a detailed, downloadable invoice in your browser
From the Billing page: Click on any past payment in your billing history to open or download the invoice as a PDF
Each invoice includes all the details you'd typically need: date, amount, description, and payment method. ✅
💡 Pro Tip: If you need invoices for the full year (e.g. all of 2025), you can download each month's invoice individually from your billing history — perfect for annual tax filing! 📊
