📝 How to create an Email Broadcast

Learn how to create and send one-time email broadcasts to your audience, including how to name your campaign, choose recipients, craft your message, and preview it before sending.

Email Broadcasts allow you to send one-time emails to your audience — perfect for announcements, updates, promotions, or sharing valuable content.

Here's how to set up your broadcast step by step 👇

📝 Email Broadcast Setup

1. Broadcast Name

Example: Summer Sale Announcement

  • This is for internal reference only (your audience doesn't see it).

2. Subject Line

Tell your audience what the email is about.

3. Send To

Choose your recipients:

  • All Customers, or

  • A specific product type (e.g., Courses, Subscriptions),

  • Then choose individual listings from the dropdown.

You can combine multiple segments to target your audience exactly as needed.

4. Email Content*

Use the rich text editor to format your message:

  • Bold, italics, underline

  • Highlight & text colors

  • Bullet points & numbering

  • Alignment options

  • Insert links and images

When finished, click Preview

And see how your email will look in your members' inboxes.

📬 Sender Address & Replies

Broadcast emails are sent from a WithMe masked address (e.g. info@fitwithofficial.com), not your personal email. Your name still appears as the sender so recipients know the message is from you.

When a recipient hits Reply, their message routes directly to your personal email address — you won't miss any responses.

This is by design: sending bulk email from a personal address would trigger spam filters and prevent your emails from being delivered.

Broadcasts are a great way to stay connected, share updates, and drive engagement — all directly from your WithMe dashboard 🚀
