πŸ“… Content Scheduling, Drip Content & Publishing Options

Wondering if you can schedule your content or drip it out over time? Great question β€” and we’ve got good news πŸ™Œ

Here’s how content publishing works on WithMe right now, along with practical ways to manage your content release effectively.

πŸ”Ž How Content Publishing Works Today

WithMe does support scheduling, but with a slight difference from traditional drip systems.

When creating a post or lesson, you can schedule it to go live on a specific date and time.

However:

❌ No join-based drip β€” you cannot release content based on when a member joins (e.g., Day 1, Day 2, etc.)

βœ… Scheduled publishing β€” you can set content to go live on a calendar date

βœ… Instant publishing β€” you can still publish immediately if needed

πŸ’‘ Understanding the Difference

  • Scheduling (Available):
β€œRelease this lesson on 10th Jan at 10 AM”

  • Drip (Not yet available):
β€œRelease Lesson 1 on Day 1 after purchase, Lesson 2 on Day 2”

πŸ’‘ Workarounds You Can Use Right Now

While join-based drip isn’t live yet, here are a couple of effective ways creators are managing content delivery:

1. Use Built-in Scheduling πŸ—“οΈ

You can schedule each lesson or post individually using the date-based scheduler in the lesson settings.

This works great for cohort-based programs or fixed timelines.

2. Use Email Sequences for Drip-Like Delivery πŸ“© (Advanced)

If you’re on the All-in-One Marketing Hub plan, you can create a drip-style experience using email:

  • Create each lesson as a Digital Product

  • Keep them drafted

  • Create an email sequence

  • Set the trigger to a ticket-style course purchase

  • In each email, share the lesson link

When a member purchases the course:
πŸ‘‰ The sequence is triggered
πŸ‘‰ Lessons are delivered step-by-step via email

Important:
Make sure these lesson products are set to free, so members aren’t charged per lesson.
