How to Migrate Videos from Vimeo (or Other Hosts) to WithMe
Ready to bring your video content under one roof? Whether you host on Vimeo, YouTube or another video host, moving your videos to WithMe gives you full control over your content, plus built-in security so only paying customers can watch. Here are your options.
Why Use WithMe's Native Video Hosting?
When you add a video through an outside URL (like a Vimeo or YouTube link), anyone with that link can watch it, even if they have not paid. WithMe's native video player keeps your content locked behind your paywall, so only your members get access. That means:

Option 1: Download and Re-Upload (DIY)
This is the most straightforward approach, and it works well if you have a manageable number of videos.
Step 1: Download from Your Current Host
Log in to your Vimeo (or other host) account.
Go to your video library.
Download each video in the highest quality available (we recommend 1080p or above).
Pro Tip: Most hosts let you bulk-download videos from your library settings. Look for a "Download all" or export option to save time.
Step 2: Upload to Your WithMe Product
Go to your WithMe dashboard and open the product you want to add videos to.
Click into the lesson where you want the video.
Use the native video upload button to upload your file directly.
Repeat for each lesson. Your videos are now protected.
Once your videos are uploaded natively to WithMe, your content is secure, your members watch inside your hub, and you can cancel the old hosting subscription.
Option 2: Let Us Do the Upload (Free Migration)
If you are on the yearly subscription, the free migration can move your videos for you. Download your original video files from your host (as in Step 1 above), share them with us, and we move them into your WithMe hub. The free migration covers up to 10 GB of files, which is roughly 5 to 10 hours of HD video, depending on quality. If you have more than that, we tell you the cost before we start, and you pay nothing unless you agree. It is not part of the monthly subscription.
