Migrating from Kajabi to WithMe
Kajabi has a lot of moving parts, so this move takes a little planning. This guide shows exactly what comes across, what you rebuild, and how to switch without leaving your members stranded.
The migration is free with the yearly subscription ($300 / £300 / €300 a year), up to 10 GB of files. Bigger libraries are quoted first, and you pay nothing unless you agree. On price: WithMe yearly is $300 a year. Kajabi's lowest price is $143 a month billed yearly ($1,716 a year), from kajabi.com/pricing, checked on 3 Oct 2026, in USD. WithMe does not match every Kajabi feature, so check that the features you use are covered before you move.
What comes with you
Courses, modules, lessons and lesson text. We pull them from Kajabi with your login, or from files you share. See Free migration with the yearly subscription.
Videos (original files), PDFs, downloads and audio. Same as above.
Members' names and emails. Export them from Kajabi (People, then Export) and we import them. See How to Migrate Contacts from Another Platform to WithMe and How to Onboard Imported Contacts.
Members' access to the right courses. We set it up to match what they had. If you add members yourself later, see How Do I Manually Give Access or Add a Customer to a Product?
Your branding (logo and colours), if you send them.
What does not come with you
Card details and running subscriptions. They stay with Kajabi's payment system. See "Paying members" below.
Email pipelines and sequences. Kajabi's pipelines are the biggest rebuild. You rebuild them in WithMe email flows, or buy Done For You. We do not rebuild them in the free migration.
Landing pages and sales pages. Kajabi landing pages do not export. You rebuild them with WithMe's page builder, or buy Done For You. We do not rebuild them in the free migration.
Community comments, likes and member history. For community members, export your member list and re-invite them to your WithMe community. See How to Migrate Your Community to WithMe.
Quizzes and assessments.
Coupons, order bumps, offers and payment plans. You set them up again in WithMe's product builder.
Paying members
Card details cannot be moved between platforms, because Kajabi's payment system holds them. This is what we do instead:
We import your members' names and emails and give them access to the same courses on WithMe.
We keep their access free until their next billing date, so nobody pays twice.
You send them one link to restart their subscription on WithMe before Kajabi charges them again. We give you the email to send.
Keep Kajabi running until your members have moved. Connect your Stripe account in WithMe so you can take payments from them.
Your domain
You keep your domain. If it points at Kajabi today, pointing it at WithMe is a short DNS change. We send the exact steps and check your email settings with you first, so your email keeps working. Logging in to Kajabi
We ask for your Kajabi login only when we start, and use it only to download your content. Change your password as soon as we finish. Kajabi sends a one-time code when we sign in, and it expires in about 30 seconds, so we agree a time with you first. We never ask you to turn off two-factor authentication. Migration timeline
Free migration: most hubs are ready in 5 to 10 working days from when we start. We send an update at each step: started, any login code needed, and ready to check. Kajabi downloads can take longer if videos must be fetched one by one, and sharing original files speeds this up.
Your Kajabi site stays live until you approve the new hub. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Done For You is a separate paid product, not part of the free migration (see below).
Before you cancel Kajabi
Export your People list (People, then Export).
Download your course videos, PDFs and assets if you can. Original files make the move quicker.
Note which members have access to which products.
Screenshot your pipeline structures so you can recreate them in WithMe email flows.
Keep Kajabi live while you check the new hub, and cancel it only when you are happy and your paying members have moved.
Tell your members about the move with a clear transition date, ideally two weeks' notice.
