Requesting a trial extension is super straightforward:
Log in to your Creator Dashboard.
Look for the chat widget — you'll usually find it as an icon in the corner of your dashboard. Click it to open a live chat conversation with our support team.
Send a message letting us know you'd like a trial extension — something like: "Hi! I'd love a few more days on my trial to finish setting up my hub."
Our support team will review your request and usually get back to you within a few hours.

Once our team approves your extension, you'll receive a confirmation in the chat and your trial access will continue seamlessly. You'll keep full access to every feature — the same all-access experience you've had from day one. 🚀
