Admin Accounts let you invite trusted people to help manage your WithMe account. Once they accept your invitation, they can log in with their own credentials and switch into your account to take actions on your behalf.

Inviting someone to help manage your account takes just a minute. Here's how:

  1. Head over to Settings and click the new Admin Accounts tab. 🎯

  2. Hit Invite Admin and enter their email address.

If someone's invited you to help manage their WithMe account, here's what happens next:

  1. Check your inbox for the invitation email and follow the link, or log in to WithMe and open the Admin Accounts tab in Settings. πŸ“₯

  2. You'll see the pending invitation with the creator's name. Hit Accept to join their team, or Decline if it wasn't meant for you. βœ…βŒ

  3. Once accepted, that account will show up in your account list, ready for you to switch into whenever they need your help.

πŸ”„ Switching Accounts with the 'Acting As' Banner

Once you've accepted an invitation, jumping into a creator's account is quick and clear.

  1. Open the account switcher from your profile menu and pick the account you want to work in. πŸŽ›οΈ

  2. You'll see an 'Acting as [Creator Name]' banner at the top of every page, so it's always obvious whose account you're in. πŸ‘€

  3. To hop back to your own account (or into a different one), just click the banner or return to the account switcher and choose again.

πŸ” What Admins Can and Can't Do

Once switched in, an admin can take actions on the creator's behalf across the day-to-day areas of the account, like managing customers, content, and general admin tasks. Anything they do while acting as the creator is attributed to that account.

Admins cannot change the creator's password, access billing or payout details, or invite other admins. Those stay in the creator's hands, so you're always in control of who has access.

Need to revoke someone's access? Head back to Settings β†’ Admin Accounts, find them in your list, and hit Remove. Their access is revoked instantly, and any pending invitations can be cancelled the same way. βœ‚οΈ
