How to Cancel a Customer's Subscription on WithMe
If a customer has an active Recurring Membership, Course, or Community subscription through your WithMe Hub and needs to cancel, there are two easy ways to handle it:
🔹 Option 1: Cancel It Yourself from the Dashboard
You can cancel the subscription directly from your WithMe dashboard:
Go to the Customers tab
Click on the customer's name to view their profile
Click the three dots next to their active subscription
Select Cancel Subscription
⚠️ Canceling a subscription will stop future charges but doesn't automatically issue a refund.
⚠️ If you also need to remove the customer from the product entirely, the self-serve Remove option in Creator Dashboard → Customers only works for customers with free or invitation-based access. For customers with a subscription or promo-code access, you will need to contact WithMe support to have them removed.
Want to refund them too?
Go to the Income tab
Click the customer's name
Select Refund
🔹 Option 2: The Customer Cancels via Email
Each time a customer is charged, they receive an automated receipt email with a cancellation link. They can use that link to cancel anytime—no login needed.
