Your Content Calendar shows every post Margo has created for you and when it is scheduled to go out.
When a post reaches its scheduled time, Margo can post it for you on platforms you have connected. For platforms without a connection, Margo emails the finished post to you that morning so you can post it yourself.
Understanding post statuses
Each item shows its current status with a coloured badge:
Draft: A work in progress. You can edit it, or delete it if you change your mind.
Scheduled: The post is set for a day and time. On that day, Margo will post it on any connected platforms. If you have no connected platforms, you will get an email with the finished post ready to share.
Ready to post: The post is finished and waiting for you to publish it manually.
Posting: Margo is currently uploading the post to one of your platforms.
Posted: You have marked the post as posted, or Margo successfully published it.
Failed: Something went wrong during posting. Open the item to see what happened and try again.
What to do with overdue posts
If a post was scheduled in the past and has not been posted, it gets an overdue badge. Open it to pick a new date, or use the reschedule button to move all your overdue posts forward in one action.
Editing captions before posting
Click the caption text on any scheduled item to edit it. You can write different captions for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and so on). Save your changes and Margo will use the platform-specific version when the post goes out.
