🎫 Booking a place
Instead of a regular checkout button, customers see a Reserve Place button on your webinar listing.
The customer finds your webinar in your product list or library, identified by its 'Webinar' badge.
They click Reserve Place to start checkout.
They complete payment and secure their spot for the scheduled session.
📧 What customers receive
Once a customer books a place, they get a purchase link confirming their order, an invitation to the webinar, and a confirmation email with the details they need.
These emails make sure customers always have a record of their booking and know when and how to join.
👀 Keeping webinars separate
Because webinars carry their own badge and are grouped separately from coaching calls, customers can quickly tell which of your sessions are group webinars and which are one-to-one coaching calls.
