📥 Why some imported contacts can't be emailed yet

Learn why WithMe temporarily removes some imported cold contacts from your emailable list and how they get added back.

📥 What happens when you import a cold contact list

When you import an existing contact list into WithMe, we check it against your spam score and deliverability metrics.

This helps protect your sending reputation before you email anyone on that list.

🚩 If your import gets flagged

If the import is flagged for a high spam score, WithMe automatically removes those cold contacts from your emailable list.

This is not a punishment. It is a safeguard so your emails keep reaching the people who actually want them.

📇 Your contacts are not deleted

Removed contacts stay in your contact list. You have not lost them.

They are simply paused from receiving emails until your account's metrics improve.

🚫 Why you can't email the whole list at once

While your spam score is flagged, you cannot email your entire imported list in one go.

Sending to a large batch of cold contacts at once risks getting your sending account suspended by our email infrastructure provider, which would affect your ability to send any emails at all.

📈 How flagged contacts get added back

As your account's spam and engagement metrics improve, the flagged contacts are gradually added back to your emailable list.

There is nothing extra you need to do. Just keep sending good, engaging emails to your active list, and the rest will be reintroduced over time.

If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
