If a payment for your AI Team subscription fails, your agents pause their work. Margo, Sal and Dez will stop running jobs until the payment issue is resolved.
🔔 You'll See a Banner
When this happens, you'll see a banner letting you know there's a payment problem and that you need to fix it in Billing.
🔧 How to Fix It
Go to Billing.
Update your payment details or resolve whatever caused the payment to fail.
Once the payment goes through successfully, your access to your AI Team resumes automatically.
✅ What Happens Next
As soon as your payment succeeds, Margo, Sal and Dez pick back up and you can put them to work again.
