💬 How replies and rewards work
Every automated DM your automation sends includes a "Powered by WithMe" link. If someone signs up through that link, you earn a referral reward.
When a commenter replies to your automated DM, that reply lands in your own Instagram inbox: you answer any follow-up questions yourself.
📭 Delivery is not guaranteed
Meta does not guarantee that every automated DM gets delivered. If someone has a private account or doesn't follow you, they may not receive the message even though they commented the keyword.
🔁 Turn off other auto-DM tools first
If you already use ManyChat or another auto-DM tool on the same Instagram account, turn it off before setting up Auto DMs.
Running two tools at once means both can try to reply to the same comment. That can double-DM your fans and risk getting your account flagged by Instagram.
⏱️ The 12-hour cooldown
Each automation has a 12-hour cooldown per commenter. If the same person comments your keyword again within 12 hours, that automation won't DM them a second time.
This cooldown applies per automation and per commenter.
