📱 Chat support on your phone
When you use your creator dashboard on a phone, you'll see a round chat button sitting just above the "More" tab.
This button gives you quick access to our support team, right from your dashboard.
💬 How to open the chat
Look for the round chat button just above the "More" tab at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the button to open the support messenger.
Send your message and our team will get back to you there.
🔴 Unread replies
If support has replied to you, the chat button shows a small number so you know a reply is waiting.
It shows the exact count from 1 to 9. If you have more than 9 unread replies, it shows "9+".
👀 When the button disappears
If you open a modal (a pop-up window) anywhere in your dashboard, the chat button hides along with the bottom tab bar.
Once you close the modal, the chat button and tab bar reappear so you can carry on as normal.
