✅ Who Can Start a Trial
If you have an active or trialing Hub subscription and you've never had the AI Team before, you can start a 7-day free trial. Your card is taken when you start the trial, but you won't be charged until day 8.
⚡ Starting Your Trial
Look for the option to start your free trial of the AI Team.
If you already have a card on file for your Hub subscription, you can start the trial in one click. You'll see the last 4 digits of that card, the price you'll be charged after the trial, and the date you'd need to cancel by to avoid being charged.
If you don't have a saved card, or if something goes wrong, you'll be taken to Stripe Checkout to start your trial instead. Your 7 free days are still included.
🔁 Switching Billing During Your Trial
You can switch the AI Team between yearly and monthly billing while your trial is running. Your trial keeps running either way, so switching won't cancel or restart it.
⚠️ If You Cancel Your Hub Subscription
If you cancel your Hub subscription while an AI Team trial is running, your AI Team trial is cancelled too, so you won't be charged. This only applies to trials. If you already have a paid AI Team subscription, cancelling your Hub subscription won't affect it.

The AI Team doesn't come with a money-back guarantee. Instead, the 7-day free trial gives you time to try it out before you're charged anything.
