Wherever you are on the AI Team page, whether you haven't hired your AI Team yet, you've already hired it, or you have a late payment to sort out, you'll find a full-width Help row at the bottom of the page.

This row is titled 'Questions about the AI Team?' with the line 'Chat with Cassie and the WithMe team.' underneath it.

If the chat hasn't finished loading yet, tapping the row simply won't do anything. There's no error message.

On mobile, you may be used to seeing a floating 'Get Help' bubble on your screen. While you're viewing the AI Team page, that bubble is hidden, since the Help row at the bottom already gives you a direct way to chat with the team.

As soon as you navigate away from the AI Team page, whether to Home, More, or anywhere else, the floating 'Get Help' bubble comes back as usual.
