🧑💼 What Is Otto?
Otto is your chief of staff. He gives you a daily review of what changed in your business and what to do next, and you can chat with him any time for advice.
Otto is part of the AI Team add-on. If you haven't added the AI Team, you'll see a message letting you know Otto is part of the AI Team and that you need to add it to use him.
💬 Chatting With Otto
If you don't have the AI Team, you get a limited number of free questions to ask Otto in chat. Once you've used them up, you'll see a message letting you know you've used your free questions and need to add the AI Team to keep asking.
When you open the chat, you'll see suggested starter questions to help you get going, such as What should I focus on this week?, How much have I made this month?, and How can I get more members?. Tap one or type your own question.
As you type, the message box grows taller to fit your message, up to a maximum height.
Press Enter to send your message. Press Shift+Enter if you want to add a new line without sending.
📋 Your Daily Review
If you don't have the AI Team, you'll see a note on your daily review explaining that the full review, covering what changed and what to do next, comes with the AI Team.
Open your daily review to see what's changed and your priority actions.
Tap Hide review to collapse it to one line showing the review's title and its main recommendation. Tap Show review to open it again.
If you collapse today's review, it stays collapsed until the next day's review opens. If your browser can't remember this (for example, in private browsing), the review will simply open each time instead.
Next to each priority action, tap Ask Otto to help with this to send that action straight into the chat above as a question.
