Otto is here to help you with quick answers and day to day tasks, but sometimes you just want to talk to a person. WithMe makes that easy.
Under the Otto chat box, you will always see a link that says "Need a person? Chat with Cassie and the WithMe team." This link is always there, whether or not Otto has answered your question.
đŹ How to reach Cassie and the team
Open your Otto chat.
Type your question to Otto, or skip straight to getting human help.
Look under the chat box for the "Need a person? Chat with Cassie and the WithMe team" link.
Select it to start a conversation with Cassie and the WithMe team.
â When Otto gives you an answer
If Otto answers your question, you will also see a "Chat with Cassie" button appear right under that answer. This gives you a quick way to follow up with a real person if Otto's answer did not fully solve your problem.
đ¤ What Otto can and can't do
Otto cannot pass your message on to a person for you. If you need the WithMe team, chatting with Cassie is the only way to reach them from inside Otto. Use the "Chat with Cassie" link or button whenever you want a human to take over.
