đȘ How Otto builds a product from your material
Otto can turn an agreed brief, or source material you supply, into a text guide, text course, ebook, workbook, checklist pack or template bundle.
You stay in control the whole way. Otto proposes the product first, then drafts it privately, and you give a separate approval before it goes live.
â Step 1: Approve the proposal
Once you and Otto have agreed a brief, or you've added your source material, Otto puts together a proposal for the product.
Review Otto's proposal for the product type and content.
Approve it to let Otto move ahead.
Otto will not create the product until you approve the proposal. Once you do, Otto creates a hidden, private draft that only you can see.
đ Step 2: Review the draft content and price
After Otto drafts the product, review it before anyone else can see it.
Check the draft's content.
Check the price Otto has set.
Give your separate approval to publish.
Publishing is a distinct step from approving the proposal, so you always get a last look before the product goes live.
â»ïž If the draft changes after you've reviewed it
If anything in the draft changes after you've already reviewed it, you'll be prompted to recheck both the content and the price again before you can publish.
This means you're never publishing a version of the product you haven't actually seen and approved.
