What moves and what stays behind when you migrate

See exactly what content moves to WithMe during migration, what stays on your old platform, and when your courses arrive.

📩 What Moves Over

When you migrate, we bring over the content that makes up your courses:

  1. Courses, modules, lessons and lesson text.

  2. Videos (the original files), PDFs, downloads and audio.

  3. Your profile, plus customers and discount codes if you bring them over using Import from CSV.

đŸš« What Stays Behind

Some things don't move across and need to be set up again on WithMe:

  1. Quizzes and assessments.

  2. Landing and sales pages.

  3. Email sequences and pipelines.

  4. Community comments, likes and member history.

  5. Card details and running subscriptions.

  6. Order bumps and payment plans.

⏳ When Your Courses Arrive

After you pay for your move, your courses land in the Hub as drafts. This usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

Nothing goes live until you say so. You can review everything first and publish only when you're ready.

🔒 Your Old Site Stays Live

Migrating doesn't touch your old platform. Your old site does not change and stays live, so your customers keep their access there while you set everything up on WithMe.
