Migration and the yearly subscription
Any creator can start a migration from Migration in their WithMe dashboard. Checking what you have is free. A yearly subscription includes your first 10 GB of the move.
What it costs
Checking what you have: free.
Moving it on yearly: 10 GB in total is included, once per creator, then £1 per GB including VAT. The 10 GB does not reset when you renew or move again.
Moving it on monthly: £1 per GB from the first GB. Monthly has no free GB.
Storing it on WithMe: free, no limit.
We measure your content in the free check and show you the exact price before you pay. Nothing is charged until you approve it. Moving needs an active plan or free trial. On a trial the check is free, and your plan starts with the move.
How it works
Connect and check. Sign in to your old platform or share a Google Drive folder. We list every course, video and file we find. Free.
Pick what moves. Choose the courses and files you want. You see the price before you pay, once.
We set it up for you. Your courses arrive in your Hub as drafts, usually 5 to 10 working days after you pay. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Which platforms are automatic
Kajabi, Thinkific, Skool, Stan Store, Google Drive, Kartra, OfferingTree and Healthie are automatic: you connect them yourself in Migration.
For Teachable, Mighty Networks or anywhere else, choose Somewhere else in the check and ask for a free migration check at switch.withme.so/switch. No card needed. Our team looks at your site and tells you what can move.

Paying members
Card details cannot be moved between platforms. Your paying members are imported by name and email and keep free access until their next billing date, so nobody pays twice. You send them a link to restart their subscription on WithMe before their old platform charges them again.
Your old site
Your old site does not go offline. We only read and download what you pick, so nothing changes on your old platform. Keep it running until your courses are live on WithMe.
