Learn how to convert a high following on social to your FitWith platform

Updated over a week ago

Posting to social is the best way to promote and spread the word about your FitWith platform. But just how successful is it really, and how many posts do you need to action to see the memberships you're after? We believe that keeping track of your platform insights is the best metric to measure success and see the return on what you’re posting. Here’s how to find and interpret this data to get the most from it.

1) Navigate your way to your platform insights by clicking your profile image on the top right of the page and then choosing "settings" from the pop-put menu.

2) Choose "platform insights" from the top menu.

3) You should now be able to see a platform breakdown including memberships, revenue, views, and activity.

4) Use this data to inform the content you continue to share and promote. Let's look at a simple example of this:

If you're posting about your platform once a week and see 10 page views, 5 free trials, and 2 trials that convert into a membership you can work out roughly how many posts you need to reach your monthly goals. You would have to post 10 times for 20 members. Looking at this data helps you understand what you can do to grow your member numbers, and how many posts it will take to do that.

Give it a go:

  • Determine how many members you want to gain per month, have this as your goal

  • Post on Instagram (or your primary social platform)

  • After 24 hours take note of how many page views you acquired

  • After 24 hours take note of how many free trials you acquired

  • Based on your trial conversion rate you can estimate how many of these will become members.

  • You should now be able to determine how many posts you need to do per month to reach your goal.

Keep checking in on your analytics to watch for any seasonal trends or changes.
