Having a tied membership offering can be a really effective way of attracting a wider range of customers and giving people the chance to access your content at different levels. However, if you’re just launching and only have a few members you might find that having multiple tiers makes management of your platform more confusing than it needs to be. Or perhaps you’re platform is growing and you’ve got much more content and so you want to reprice your tiers to reflect this. Whatever your position, if you’re wanting to delete or reprice your tiers this is the guide you need.

1) On your dashboard, click on the ''membership'' tab.

2) From here, click “add a new tier'' to see the full menu.

3) Here you can edit, rename, add a new tier or move the buttons to active/deactivate tiers

nb. whilst tiers cannot be ‘deleted’ they can be deactivated by using the toggles. Any inactive tiers will not be shown/made public so people will not be able to join these.
