We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you need to end your subscription, for whatever reason, this simple guide will show you how.

First things first, ensure you are logged in.

1] On your computer - Click your username on the top right of your creator's page.

2] Choose “settings” from the list.

3] Choose “memberships” from the top toolbar and from there you can choose which membership you’d like to cancel.

Before you leave completely, perhaps you'd just like to downgrade your membership instead?

1] Navigate your way to your "memberships" page by following the instructions above. Click on the green "change" button for your selected membership and from here you can downgrade to another tier.

2] Alternatively, on the yellow banner of the creator's page, you’ll see a button that reads ”subscribed” - spoiler, this is what you click on next.

3] From the pop-up window that appears, you’ll be able to choose to downgrade your membership.
