Your Business Type Structure (e.g. Sole Proprietorship, Single-member LLC, Multi-member LLC, Private Partnership, Private Corporation, Other)
Your Legal Business Name
Your Employer Identification Number (EIN)
A copy of your SS-4 form to verify your EIN
Once we receive your info, we’ll coordinate directly with Stripe to update your account.
