π How to Manage Customer Product Access
Need to give a customer access to a product, remove it, or transfer it to someone else? You're in the right place! Managing product access on WithMe is straightforward β here's everything you need to know. π
π Viewing Your Customer List
Before making any changes, you'll want to find the customer you're looking for.
Head to your Creator Dashboard β Customers tab.
Use the search bar to find a customer by name or email.
Click on the customer's name to open their profile.
From here you can see all products a customer currently has access to! π
β Granting Product Access
Want to give a customer access to a product β maybe as a bonus or a gift? Here's how:
Go to Creator Dashboard β Customers and find the customer.
Click on their profile to open their details.
Look for the option to add a product to their account.
Select the product you'd like to grant and confirm.
π‘ Pro Tip: This is a great way to reward loyal customers or provide complimentary access during a launch!
π« Removing Product Access
If you need to revoke access β perhaps after a refund or at a customer's request:
Navigate to Creator Dashboard β Customers and open the customer's profile.
Find the product you want to remove from their access list.
Click the remove option next to that product and confirm.
The customer will lose access immediately, so make sure this is what you want before confirming! β οΈ
π Transferring Access Between Customers
WithMe doesn't typically offer a one-click transfer button. To move product access from one customer to another, you'll want to:
Remove the product from the original customer's profile (see above).
Add the product to the new customer's profile.
It's a quick two-step process that keeps everything tidy! β¨
