How to Pause Your Customer's Subscription on WithMe
If you need to pause a customer's subscription (whether it's for a Membership, Course, or Community), here's how to do it:
Go to the Customers tab in your WithMe dashboard.
Filter the list by Active Subscriptions to quickly find the customer whose subscription you want to pause.
Click on the customer's name to open their profile.
Under the Subscription section, click on the three dots next to their active subscription.
Select Pause Subscription from the options.
