At WithMe, our priority is ensuring that you have all the tools you need to run your online business smoothly! While we’re always working to improve your experience, there are still a few features that we’re either planning to build or are considering for the future.
Here’s a list of some common feature requests that we’re actively considering or have on our radar:
Pricing Tiers / Different Payment Options 💳
Many creators have asked for a way to set up pricing tiers or offer different payment options without creating multiple products. At the moment, we don’t have a native solution for this, but you can create separate products for each pricing tier or payment plan as a workaround.
Connecting a Custom Domain to WithMe 🔗
Currently, we don’t offer the ability to connect a custom domain directly to your WithMe store. However, you can set up a forwarding rule within your domain hosting provider, allowing you to use your custom domain to redirect visitors to your WithMe store.
Customer Portal for Digital Product Access 👨💻
We know that many creators would love to offer a centralized portal where their customers can access all their digital products. While we currently only provide this for course products, it’s a feature that’s high on our Product Roadmap! Stay tuned for future updates as we work to make this a reality.
Multiple WithMe Stores Under One Account 📲
If you have multiple audiences and want separate stores for each, we understand how important this is. Right now, we don’t offer multiple stores under one account, but you can sign up for a second account using your referral link and get 20% off! From there, you can toggle between your two accounts in your settings.
About Me Section 🙋
Currently, the ability to add an "About Me" section is limited to specific themes, such as the Tyla theme, which allows you to add a short bio. If you’re using a different theme, you could create an “About Me” page using a digital download product and set it as free. You can even include a contact form at the bottom of the page!
