At WithMe, our priority is ensuring that you have all the tools you need to run your online business smoothly! While we’re always working to improve your experience, there are still a few features that we’re either planning to build or are considering for the future.

Here’s a list of some common feature requests that we’re actively considering or have on our radar:

We don’t offer built-in pricing tiers for memberships, but you can create separate products as a workaround. For memberships, you can offer a free tier alongside paid tiers by creating a separate membership product and setting it to free: posts you make to that product are visible to everyone on it and on the paid tiers above it. Communities now have built-in two-tier pricing: Price 1 and Price 2, each independently set to Recurring or Single payment, with iDEAL available for single-payment purchases and a customizable Max Access Duration for each tier. Each price can also have its own payment plan when set to Recurring, letting customers pay in a fixed number of instalments. For one-time memberships and coaching products, you can also turn on a payment plan so customers can pay in installments instead of all at once.

You can connect a custom domain to your storefront yourself from the More menu > Custom domain, no request needed. This is part of the paid plan, so if you're on a free trial you'll be asked to choose how to pay first. Enter your main domain (like yourname.com), not a subdomain: your storefront is set up to serve on www.yourname.com. Lead capture forms like your waiting list and storefront product signups will keep working correctly, sending signups to WithMe rather than to your custom domain.

You'll be shown two DNS records to add at your domain provider. If both aren't detected within 72 hours, you'll need to start over to get fresh records. Once they're detected, checking that your storefront is live on your domain usually takes about 3 minutes.

Setting up the bare domain without www (the apex domain) is optional, since your storefront already works on www.yourname.com without it. It only helps people who type yourname.com on its own, and is set up by turning on 301 forwarding from yourname.com to https://www.yourname.com at your domain provider. Look for How to set it up and Without www in the dialog.

You can remove a connected domain at any time. After confirming with Remove domain, your storefront stops opening on that address within a few minutes, but your WithMe page, products and customers aren't affected, and you can reconnect the domain later.

We know that many creators would love to offer a centralized portal where their customers can access all their digital products. While we currently only provide this for course products, it’s a feature that’s high on our Product Roadmap! Stay tuned for future updates as we work to make this a reality.

If you have multiple audiences and want separate Hubs for each, we understand how important this is. Right now, we don’t offer multiple Hubs under one account, but you can sign up for a second account using your referral link and get 20% off! From there, you can toggle between your two accounts in your settings.

Currently, the ability to add an "About Me" section is limited to specific themes, such as the Tyla theme, which allows you to add a short bio. If you’re using a different theme, you could create an “About Me” page using a digital download product and set it as free. You can even include a contact form at the bottom of the page!
